My name is Ken Packie.
I am a wood sculptor residing in the Berkshire Hills of Western
Massachusetts. I use chainsaws, chisels, and fire to free my creations
from their logs.
I am surrounded by inspiration starting at Home and fueled by The
Berkshires. Whenever I'm in the woods or on the water, I try to
absorb it all and my mind is constantly creating that next piece. Ideas
are everywhere when you actually slow down to look, listen, and
feel......something that can be difficult for some, but possible for all. I
try to capture those small details for all to enjoy in my carvings.
